This assumes a maximum ceiling height of 10 feet, with a sheetrock ceiling and an existing usable circuit. If you have a plaster ceiling, there will be an additional cost. Please note that new switching and transition wiring are not included. Additionally, please keep in mind that the cost assumes arc fault protection is currently in place.
