This package includes a demo of your old fixture if necessary and the installation of your new ceiling fan in the same location, assuming that the ceiling height is no more than 10'. We assume that the existing fixture box is a ceiling fan-rated box and that the installation will be basic and typical. However, if it turns out that a new ceiling fan-rated box is necessary, there will be an additional charge of $126 for material and labor.
